Under-pressure boss Philippe Clement has sent a message to Rangers supporters as he "works really hard" to turn around the club's fortunes. Rangers, having fallen nine points behind Premiership top two Celtic and Aberdeen after defeat to the Dons in midweek, face Motherwell in the League Cup semi-final at Hampden on Sunday with Clement "very confident" he retains the board's backing. Holders Rangers, who beat Aberdeen to lift the trophy for the first time in 12 years last season, have the opportunity to reach back-to-back League Cup finals.
