Cardiff City manager Erol Bulut believes the club are still short of a striker after missing out on the January signing of Kieffer Moore. The Wales international is already showing the Bluebirds what they missed out on. Since opting to join Ipswich on loan until the end of the season, Moore has scored three league goals in three games.
